Nalleli founded ProActive Safety out of necessity and love — love for her father, who worked long days in construction, and for the workers who remind her of him every day. From her early days in a legal office handling workplace injury cases to running field audits for major oil and gas companies, she’s seen every side of what goes wrong when safety isn’t done right.
What sets Nalleli apart is her gift for communication. Whether it’s coaching a field crew, mentoring a new safety admin, or consulting for C-suite leaders, she connects with people on a human level — and makes safety stick.
As a bilingual Latina CEO with deep working-class roots, she built ProActive Safety not just as a service provider but as a trusted partner for companies serious about keeping their workers alive, respected, and equipped.

FOR OVER 02 YEARS IN THE BUSINESS
At ProActive Safety, we come from where you come from — the working class. Our families have broken their backs in oilfields, construction sites, and factories across Colorado and beyond. We’ve seen what happens when safety is overlooked — and we’ve made it our mission to change that.
We teach people how not to die at work. How to stay alert, speak up, and get home alive. Because we know what it’s like to wait for someone who might not make it home. That’s why our safety training isn’t just compliant — it’s clear, memorable, and built for real people in real jobs.
Our bilingual team offers engaging safety programs in English and Spanish, but our true language is communication. Whether someone grew up speaking Spanish, English, or Spanglish, we meet them where they are and make sure the message lands — with impact. From SafeLand and CPR to company-wide safety systems, we train and empower your workforce to take ownership of their safety.
Ethics is at the core of everything we do. If it doesn’t help someone live better or work safer, we don’t teach it. ProActive Safety isn’t just a business — it’s a movement to raise the standard for how safety is taught, led, and lived.
